County Court Judgement and where I stand...

Hey guys, I am just hoping someone will be able to help me.
I was checking my credit score online today and noticed it had dropped significantly and it stated I had two active CCJ's against my name.
They were issued two weeks apart but the address on the judgement is an address I haven't lived at for 18 months so if anything has been sent to me I obviously haven't been able to receive it.
As it's a bank holiday I can't get in touch with Northampton court who have issued the judgement. So I was wondering if you guys would be able to help and if you think I will be able to get the CCJ removed from my credit profile.
Thank you.

Did you give them your updated address? They only need to send the papers to your last known address.0

I have only just found out about it so I wouldn't be able to give them an updated address.0

I believe it may have to do with a private parking fine. What creditors would I have had to inform for this?0

They would have got your address from the DVLA.0

That's what I thought. But my address on my driving license has been changed for over a year so that's why I am confused as to why it has been sent to my old address and if there is a way of appealing against it because of this reason.0

If the CCJ is within 30 days of issue, paying in full will get them removed, after then they stay on for 6 years.
If its about getting them removed because you feel you didn't know about them, this is more difficult. You would have to apply for set aside and pay £255 fee and need a good excuse. Simpy saying that it was an old address won't cut it unless you can shoe that the creditors who requested the CCJ knew your updated address before they applied for the CCJ.
Claims documentation can be served to the last known address, so simply saying they were sent to an address you weren't at won't cut it.0 -

I'm going to try to find out when it was issued. Do you know if the court would know this?
Thanks for your help.0 -
The date on your credit files is the date of issue0
