Do I need new rear tyres?

Personally I wouldn't be worried as it looks superficial and it's a 2015 car so tyres will should only be 3 years old which isn't old.
But I'd make sure the rears were moved to the front on the basis that the fronts tend to wear quicker, so ensuring these ones will be the next ones you change.0 -

Your tyres are fine. As you will be checking them regularly anyway, you will notice if that cracking will get a lot worse quickly; I don't think it will though.
Keep on the back or move to the front? I don't think it's crucial; as explained above a case can be made for both.
Good luck.
Edit....just read OP properly and seen fronts need changed soon.
I'd swap them, new rubber on the back, those to the front.0 -
