Parking ticketing limited appeal

Morning/Evening everyone,
Sorry if this is a repeat i have been through the forum but not sure if it apply to my case,
I parked in some unmarked bays to see my accountant for the first time driving (usually i use buses or train), first i checked to see if there are any signs of parking restrictions nothing was clearly visible on the entering the road ,so i decided to walk along the road, then noticed a small sign up high in between other signs says on it big warning with some other small prints up high (you probably need to climb a ladder to read it ).
By the 5-7 min i realised it is a parking permit zone i run to the car to find someone taking photos and already given windscreen yellow PCN. with Parking ticketing limited on it
I dont feel it is fair because signs are not visible and clear and was only less than 10 min
my question is it worth fighting and appeal on the ground of the small signage almost hard to find ? or just swallow it and pay ?

You need to read the thread that tells Newbies to read it first. It can be found here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou
In it are templates to use.0 -

The sticky tells you when to appeal, depending on whether it's a BPA or IPC member. There is no need for us to repeat it on every thread, or we would drown!
There is no confusion, the sticky thread tells you what to do and when.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is an entirely unregulated industry which is scamming the public with inflated claims for minor breaches of contracts for alleged parking offences, aided and abetted by a handful of low-rent solicitors.
Parking Eye, CPM, Smart, and another company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Legal, (these two law firms take hundreds of these cases to court each year). They lose most of them, and have been reported to the regulatory authority by an M.P. for unprofessional conduct
Hospital car parks and residential complex tickets have been especially mentioned.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

and complain in the most robust terms to your MP. With a fair wind they will be out of business by Christmas. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Signage was almost hard to see and further down the road no marking on the floor or near the bay feel like the warden was hiding near that empty bay waiting for someone to be trapped not even 10 min and he is there, seen signs on people garages with hand paint(No parking) are much clearer and more visible, why does the UK government still allow this to carry on ?0
