there is probably a Managing Agent for that car park, which the residents should be able to tell you who it is and how to contact them

Is this a residential case, and are you a resident/were you visitng a resident?

and whilst they could try court for that aount, your best way forward is to kill it by trying to cancel via the landowner - hence the question about is it a residential case

Well, yes, but you know that, from all the threads on this forum where we beat them and where we point out the £60 is imaginary and can't be added anyway.

Same as all the other SCS Law/UKPC cases. Start reading threads, do a search. Calm down, yes this will go to a hearing at your local court and here, where people follow the advice and do not make assumptions/omissions or miss their hearings, we see 99% of people win.

Search the forum for another one bites the dust UKPC and you will see what happens. Easy enough - and a new life experience, well worth fighting and no risk of a CCJ as long as you don't ignore anything.

The truth is, I did not visit anyone there. It was a bad illuminated residential courtyard, and that's why I parked about an hour or so. I have not seen a billboard with any warning. Moreover, in order not to take anyone space I parked on an edge/side where I felt like no one would park.

LE: I do not plan to miss a letter from the courthouse and I have made an idea of what might happen, however, regarding this letter, should I do something or wait for the envelope from the court?

    Should you do something?
I would suggest you research and draw up a plan, you could try and ge a POPLA code out of them, citing the the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015, which should in theory give you 12 months access to an ADR body, evne if iy gets you no where, it could show tht you have tied to resolve this, although i would wait for others to comment on the ADR regulations
