    Is it appropriate signage?

    Anyone knows Nicholas Bowen case?
mentioned here in advised just given in a new thread where someone is fighting a court claim, same location, because they didn't bother with POPLA stage:

So your easy task is simply to copy another ParkingEye POPLA unlit signs appeal.

Search for those (bold type) words in the 'search this forum' box, it can't get much easier. Copy one you find this weekend, and show us FIRST, don't rush.

You do NOT need to pay anyone to do this for you.

There is NO appeals firm we ever recommend in a million years.

No-one does it better than MSE and we have loads of POPLA appeals just like this.

We agree. And it was dark and the signs are unlit.

That's the same as lots of winning POPLA appeals already written and won, on this forum.

I have already spend 4 hours searching/ making the draft and with my level of English I would need another 4 hours or more.
I prefer to spend this time with my kids...
Just paid 60 pounds to this thieves.

Thanks for all your help and good luck everyone.

It took you a four hours to put those words in the search box?

I'd rather you paid a PPC than an appeals firm though, personally. Being absolutely serious. :)
