Do you think this is priced accurately?

Seems high given the neighbourhood recent sales, quite a lot higher in fact.

I'd guess its a little high, especially as it was put on the market less than 30 days ago & has already dropped from £115k.

Jesus christ, sorry I know this doesn't help you an awful lot, but £122k for a 3 bed terrace! Snap their hand off!

I am on the South Coast, so you can imagine!

They are trying to pull a fast one. What they have done is to divide up what should be a large double bedroom over the lounge into two smaller ones. If you look at the size of the lounge on the floor plan you can see that bedroom 1 should be over the lounge but what you have actually got are two long narrow bedrooms. What should be there instead is a large double bedroom with two windows in it. The house will be the same floor plan as the rest of the terrace which are all 2 beds. You don't get any extra space for the extra £30k or so just a wall.

It is a 3 bed house where all the bedrooms are singles.

Problem is, no-one can go back in time and buy next door instead....
