I'm reluctant to do the survey but just wanted to say how you could improve the forum.
Please stop posting hypothetical threads. We don't need them and there's nothing so frustrating as posting on a thread where the person who started it gives no feedback.
Please answer when posters ask questions. It's like sending responses into a black hole. Many people posted on the bossy thread you started about trolls with constructive suggestions but typically no response.0 -

Survey worked for me (on a laptop, you just pull the answers into the order you want rather than using the up/down arrows to rank), but I'd agree that I found some of the items in the 'ranking' question to be bemusing. Apps? Staff interaction?
Not sure you'll get meaningful responses. I note that you ask how long you've been a member - are you going to take more notice of those who have been around 10+ years? Thinking about this overnight I came to the conclusion that it will be just like last time, MSE have a bunch of changes that they are going to do anyway so they start a thread asking the members what they would like to see and then totally ignore what the members suggest and do the changes they were going to do in the first place.

At least they still kept the option of the green version of the forums, which all right-thinking individuals probably still use!0
