definitely get it set aside on the basis that someone at the address the court paperwork went to didnt pass it on to you and they changed the address .
as it only has £50 remaining when the new order is created if you clear it quickly it will be as though the CCJ never existed, surely worth the couple of hundred (or free depending on your circumstances) it costs to file some paperwork.0 -
