Everyone and anyone can make those claims.
OP didnt update their address when they moved.
Plus they've paid the CCJ therefore acknowledging the debt was in fact owed.0 -

Agree with Gary here. No grounds for a set aside (with or without consent) given the OPA seems to have no proof he gave the claimant their correct address prior to the claim.0

A set aside by consent doesn't need any grounds!

Disagree, the judge still needs to agree to it. Unless the judge is a lazy git, then they'll want to see grounds for it. It they think it's just for credit repair then they'll throw it out if they've got anything about them.0
