The information provided on the tracker is also quite vague? So I tried to just take it with a pinch of salt.

Vague, really? I like their tracker as it clearly shows at what stage you are at via their symbols.

My tracker shows date/time when we submitted the application, when they were reviewing our payslips, when the valuation was outstanding and when it was also received, proof of ID, confirming sols details etc. and at any point if there were any issues it would clearly state what action was needed to be done before moving on to the next stage. Exactly how much more detail do you need?

I found that when I contacted Natwest the person I spoke to would misinform me, then I'd ring up the broker nagging, and they'd already fixed the issues.

Funny, if you switch roles of Natwest with the broker in your version, I've had the same experience :rotfl:

Good news OP, hope the rest of your purchase is smooth sailing now.

I didnt get any of the detailed info you're mentioning :(

Spose it works differently for each application - which baffles me.

But then natwest cocked up my application twice so - maybe I was just a complicated case!:rotfl:

I had to submit extra docs to NatWest with my application

Due to delays mine took 30 days start to finish.

The tracker was brilliant and was updated as soon as things were done. Infact I knew I had been accepted before my broker did
