Conservatory not fit for purpose

Just looking for a little bit of advice as to what my next step should be.
I will try to keep it short.
Purchased a new conservatory in August 2016, from a fairly big supplier (they helped out on cowboy builders), paid in 3 stages via bank card payment.
Had delays in getting job started & poor communication throughout, completed at the end of November 2016
when completed had issues with bi-fold doors not operating, condensation on bi-fold door seal due to no frost barrier, cracked window, bent radiator pipes by plasterers. Supplier fixed door problem after 4 visits from various engineers, with a bespoke fix after admitting doors had an issue.
Cracked window replaced & both window boards have cracked & had to be replaced.
We have had 5 leaks in the roof & each time someone had come out they haven't fixed it, just put sealant on it. On the 30th January this year they replaced the glass & mutton bar to fix the leak
Roof is once again leaking
I have all the emails & photos/videos documenting all the problems we have had & all the responses from the company.
On 27th Feb I sent the Vendor an email with all the pictures of the leak & have asked them to remove the Conservatory & refund the money paid but haven't had a response.
I looked at FENSA site but they dont cover conservatories
Any help will be much appreciated
Thanks

You're not going to get them to take it down and give you a refund, so I'd scratch that idea.
As you've belatedly discovered, there are no regulations around the construction of conservatories and people are taking a risk when they choose one over a proper extension. However, you are on the receiving end of a poor job. Given the lack of response to your formal communication, quantify your losses to date, get quotes to rectify the problems and write them a letter before action insisting they put things right or you will be claiming for the costs through the court.0
