Signed up for plusnet then they announce better deal...

So I decided to ditch sky the other day as they were unable to match plusnet's £19.99 for unlimited broadband with a £50 reward card.. only then to find they have announced a better offer today of £18.99 with £75 cashback... Which is rather annoying. What are the chances they would honour the new offer if I threaten to cancel?

Yes .. but I don’t really want to cancel it as it’s still the best deal..

Phone up and ask them to change you to the new deal.
If they refuse, you can either a) cancel the switch or b) let it go ahead.
    Your choice.
But if they refuse, it does show their attitude and do you want to swap to a company that you don't find agreeable?
And finally, you don't owe them anything. Your service will be just as good or bad regardless of how much you pay or the cashback you get.

Just make sure it is all in writing as Plusnet aren't the best at record keeping or honouring cashbacks!
