That's odd because my first photo was rejected for shadows by the online check, straight away. Maybe there are severe shadows and minor shadows! The second one was a pro job which went through OK.
For the sake of a tenner (and with the wisdom of hindsight) I'd recommend a pro job every time, especially as mine offer a free re-take if it shold fail.
