"carried out without our knowledge or instructions"
the bailiff Co state they were asked to collect moneys , but "accidentally" thought this was a court thing , but yet UKCPS deny sending info to them

Curiouser and curiouser, cried Alice! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

the truth is out there moulder ,,,,,,,,,,,
but in true PPC style , wash , rinse , apply whitewash and place under carpet
those two letters should result in criminal action , but will it ,,,,,
the bailiff Co could NOT have acted without UKCPS hiring them0 -

Hang on, but Mr Golec said HIMSELF in a recorded phone call ''I am a bailiff but I wasn't yesterday''.
If he believed he was doing an 'attendance notice round' of collections that day, he would NOT have said the above.

however the illegal figure quoted was to be paid to the company(please ring / pay etc) not him , so this was not the action of a rogue bailiff
the figue quoted was made up by the company , that accept they sent him out
its a case of grab what you can by bully methods until caught , we know of three cases , how many paid up ?
UKCPS who in the past have used tame debt collectors chose this company for a fast income boost , offering he company far far more than the normal 10% cut
pass the buck , it stinks and nothing will be done0 -
Looks like case closed then? Sad that know one else has come forward with the same letter and the 1st post 'tomwig' hasn't been in touch. Looks like they'll still be able to twist the law and do what they want!0

no the case is NOT closed , the bailiff company have admitted fault , and you are yet to find out HOW they got your info , it did not appear in a puff of smoke , but yet the parking Co deny handing it over
more help needed on wording of SARs to relevant parties and to be compared to letters they sent , before a full blown complaint to relevant governing bodies0 -
As above, there is LOADS more action to be taken by you, maffb7.Coupon-mad wrote: »Hang on, but Mr Golec said HIMSELF in a recorded phone call ''I am a bailiff but I wasn't yesterday''.
