He is a genuine bailiff but told people he wasn't a certified bailiff that particular day. How that works is a mystery.0 -

I'd be tempted to ask them, before considering suing for harassment, what their offer would be for the distress caused.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
