How often have you been contacting them?

Personally, I would wait until completion.

After completion, I would raise a formal complaint in accordance with the firm's complaints process.

If a conveyancer has to be contacted constantly, they are clearly not doing a good job of updating their client. If they kept you updated and explained the process properly, they wouldn't need to be contacted so much.

It would be much more sensible to raise the complaint now. Then they may actually be able to fix the issue.
All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)
  • Fix what issue? That they said something rude about them in an email? What could they do to fix that now that they couldn't do later?

If I was going to complain I'd do it now in the hope of getting a decent service for the rest of the process. However, I probably wouldn't bother. I don't think I'd really care!
