Personally, I would wait until completion.
After completion, I would raise a formal complaint in accordance with the firm's complaints process.
If a conveyancer has to be contacted constantly, they are clearly not doing a good job of updating their client. If they kept you updated and explained the process properly, they wouldn't need to be contacted so much.0 -

Fix what issue? That they said something rude about them in an email? What could they do to fix that now that they couldn't do later?0

If I was going to complain I'd do it now in the hope of getting a decent service for the rest of the process. However, I probably wouldn't bother. I don't think I'd really care!0
