Two parking tickets. Seperate occasions. Does this affect my chance of appeal?

The landlord brought in the parking company, presumably agreed their contract and warned you all in advance. He also approved a chargeable permit scheme, which he may be getting the cash benefit from as he is entitled to as it's his land.

You could ask for the charges to be cancelled, but don't hold your breath. But you could try.

Just follow the NEWBIES thread appeal to the PPC and try to find any deficiencies in their signage.

Long term, though, it looks like the landlord has caused a degradation in the benefit your company is getting from their rent. Can you ask them to look at their lease/rental agreement to see if parking is covered? Also see if your landlord can offer his tenants a reduced permit fee.

If you have read the newbies FAQ thread then you should know never to reveal who was driving

You need to edit your post to remove details of who was driving

The ppcs monitor this forum and can use your posts against you

Also if you have used your real name in your post you need to remove that too

Appeal each ticket separately using the template appeal you found

I'm glad that was the short version! To sum up 2 tickets in the same place.

Send the template twice, one for each ticket,

So, I am wondering, do I follow the instructions to the letter. Ie send out the Blue written letter on the 26th day? And do I do I that separated for both tickets?
Yes, and you will win both at POPLA, with our help. Never seen anyone lose v Spring.

Be VERY grateful it's only Spring Parking who, IMHO, wouldn't know what 'keeper liability' was if you threw a dictionary definition in their face and imprinted it on their foreheads!

You can't lose this as long as you appeal ONLY as registered keeper, assuming you are.

    No. Never come across one.

But don't they have any James round where you are from? Or tattoo parlours?

Who am I to send the blue letter to? The website is for paying only and gives no option of disputing or even any contact details..

    Read your parking tickets.
They will tell you how to appeal.
