That’s a fab amount cbc. Well done :T Definitely count the refund when it clears too.

I thought I was done for the month but have just received £18.80 from shopmium £10 agc from swags and 32p from citizenme so finishing the month with £329.59 which I am really pleased with :j

What a nice bonus to have that extra money arrive just as the month comes to an end:T. Well done on your total too:beer:

See you in June, ready to start all over again:)

Sorry been awol again. Internet problems. Sky engineer was due Wednesday and didn't turn up.

My Internet keeps dropping out so not done June thread. I will do it from work later today.

How annoying for you Aesop although I must say I am relieved it wasn’t anything more serious keeping you away. I am still really worried about Lynne as we haven’t heard from her for ages.

Hope your internet gets sorted soon

Thank you. It was a nice surprise although I checked my bank account this morning, bearing in mind I only got paid yesterday and it has £16.74 in it  which was not a nice surprise :rotfl:

It’s not as bad as it sounds as I move money in to a bills account on the first of the month and I do have some other regular payments in during the month too but still it was a bit of a shock.

More money needs making in June :rotfl:

    Hi all

    sorry it's so late.

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/74356648#Comment_74356648

Just had an email reminder that I was supposed to complete some accounts for the scouts, I did one year, but forgot about the second year and they are obviously due now. So I need to find some time to crack on with that too asap.

Boiler packed up when got up this morning, so had to call BG and managed to get an engineer for today but had to take half day off work and lose overtime I was supposed to be doing. And the overtime I was doing monday is now taken up making the hours I lost today. Also sky engineer been and fixed internet. so things semi sorted at home.

I am really sorry not been around, illnesses, internet and not being able to post well from a phone on here, doesn't help.

I really need to kick my butt into touch in June. Once these accounts are done and out of the way, no more scouts accounting. I have told them they need someone full time working on it, as there is a lot of stuff not done correctly and audited properly. not that that is a job for a treasurer but things are posted to various people instead of the treasurer. Then they get forgotten about and not paid on time, etc.

anyway enough whingeing. 1st june, new thread, new start to the month.

checking and Lynne hasn't logged into mse for a while. I am wondering if she has moved to her new job abroad and maybe it is taking a while to get internet etc sorted and access to mse etc. I am hoping she can read, if not log in, and can see that people on here are missing her and asking after her.

If you are reading, Hi Lynne :hello:

It's very quiet around here without you xx
