In addition I!!!8217;ve rebooked at the appeal rejection. It offers me to appeal to IAS. I thought I!!!8217;d missed the boat but it seems I could still appeal if I pay £15. Should I pay it and appeal?
    TIA

I am unsure how many times we must say on here ....

THE GLADSTONES / IPC /IAS SETUP IS A COMPLETE SCAM

    THAT INCLUDES THE £15 SCAM

Thank you, I have complained to my local MP who happens to be the one who has taken the bill to Parliament. Still waiting for a response.
Unfortunately I think I'm just going to pay the fine though, Sadly, for all you people on here as you are doing such good work but I don't have the time and fight in me right now (my dad is really poorly with advanced ca) to even formulate an argument in legal terms and the thought of going to court fills me with dread!

Although the thought of court must be distressing, perhaps this video will help:

No you aren't. You are not that much of a mug.
I was with my mum and baby daughter. Daughter threw up all over herself, car seat and car which is why I overstayed.
My mum does possibly have the onset of dementia (we had been to drs that morning)
So what happened when you simply complained to the Retail Park or Store Manager? Some Managers of retail stores spend time cancelling these fake PCNs every week, with one phone call. You could be telling us it's cancelled by this time next week.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I rang one of the stores, they said they can't do anything because thay are not the land owner. I'll try the others tomorrow.
Ine of the stores is to let, it seems to be a private company, I have email them to ask if they can help and/or if they have any information as to the land owner is if it's not them. Fingers crossed.
I still haven't responded to BWL although they continue to harass me, they have left 3 answer phone messages on my home phone this week!

Didn't the 'to let' sign have a phone number on it?

It's online; there's two names listed on it advertising and it seems to be their personal phone numbers and email so as it was late thought I'd start off with an email and maybe call them tomorrow if I don't get a response

So I've called all the stores at the retail park and no one is willing to help. They all say they can not intervene as they are not the land owner. Someone suggested I try to see the 'security guard' on site but not sure that'll do me any good because I've got a feeling he may be a 'parking warden'.
I'm still trying to find out who the land owners are.
So what now? BWL have gone quiet.
Do I respond? (It's only my 1st correspondence from them), if so can anyone point me i the right direction for a template?
Or do I continue to ignore? If I ignore what do I expect next?
I am well beyond the suggested time frame for replying.
    TIA

    Where is this place then?

What is the name of the retail park?

Perhaps others can help you find the managing agents.

Have you checked with HM Land Registry?
