Giff Gaff. Go on their website and click on the market place tab. I have bought several handsets for work and they have all looked perfect and have performed well. If you are unhappy you would have 30 day no quibble return.

I know you wanted outright but I bought one on a contract with Direct Mobiles, was amazing condition and much less than the prices when buying directly from places such as EE, O2, Vodafone, etc.
