Hi
Can anyone tell me what my rights are in this situation, please?
I spent £41 on this site:
http://fireextinguisher-safety.co.uk stupidly thought it was in the UK but apparently, it's in China. I received a small cushion which seems like it's filled with straw.

I emailed company told them they had sent me the wrong item, and I want a full refund, my money back, after emailing them lots of photos they said: "maybe there was a mistake during packing!" I could keep it and have compensation off their discount site, this is a different site to the one I purchased my goods from. http://www.worldsmarket-shop.com/

To me, this site is selling fake MK handbags along with other things. I don't want to buy!
They are not replying to my emails I feel like this is a scam! I have emailed my bank to see if they can help, but no reply yet.

    Did the name "Fire Extinguisher Safety" not give away the fact that the things they were selling were a bit odd for that site?

    For me it was the first line from their returns policy

    We will check the goods for picky quality before shipping and provide tracking number for all shipped products :rotfl::rotfl:

    It's a Chinese site so falls under Chinese consumer protection law. I'm not sure such a thing exists.
