Am I not entitled to 14 day cooling off period??
I told them that I needed a level 4 accredited course to perform this treatment in my borough. In an email they told me that their course is accepted by ALL local councils (you have to obtain a special treatments license) but I have now found out that it is not and many London boroughs refuse them. Although their course is level 4 it!!!8217;s not accredited by the body that ALL boroughs accept.I!!!8217;m not a business0 -
I'm just responding to the points that you seem to think are clear.0

I do find it funny how people can be smart enough to be able to argue that a cow is actually a chicken, but somehow miss important things like reading the Ts and Cs.
Good luck OP. I don't think you have a case, but then again I'm just some random internet stranger. In terms of advice, though, I would suggest:
- Speaking further with your solicitor (this might be optional)
- Writing a letter before action with the key points, evidence and a proposed resolution
- If that fails then take them to court armed with said evidence and if you have a case you should end up with a judgement against them.
- Get the sheriffs in if they refuse to pay.
Doesn't have to be much more complicated than that.0
