BT Reward Card - how long to arrive?

I put in a claim for a BT Reward Card on Mar 27. They then sent an email saying: "Thanks for claiming your £150 BT Reward Card. We'll send it in the post shortly. It could take up to 30 days for it to arrive."

The 30 days is now up and I've not received it, so I logged in to their 'My Rewards' website to find that it says "Dispatch date - 5 April 2018'.

Does anybody know if these things typically arrive within the timescale specified?

I got the same email but it arrived well within the 30 days. However, I have seen several other threads on here complaining of about longer than 30 day waits.

This will help. BT can take months to send vouchers, don't give up!!

Thanks. As I said in my original post I've already submitted the claim and they responded by saying "We'll send it in the post shortly. It could take up to 30 days for it to arrive".

I've now queried it with them using their online form, and got a response saying "It'll take a minimum of 30 and up to a maximum of 45 days to receive your £150 Reward Card from the date of dispatch, which was submitted on 27/03/2018". So I guess I'll have to wait and see what (if anything!) happens.

Mine took 3 months. Filled out the chase form after 30 day, chased it using the forum.. but at least i got it.
