Client Contact Database

So I have over 100 clients and need a better way of managing it then a Excel spread sheet.
For each client I'd want the option to add numerous contacts (From CEO to HR) and their email, phone no etc and a notes section for details of deal etc
Option to be able to email all contacts a must too.
Not overly fussed if it's a database or web based but easy access would be great. Didn't really like Sales Force.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Sounds like you are talking about CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
I have successfully used ACT in the past although I seem to recall it was difficult to set up and quite expensive. However that was many moons ago and things have probably moved on since then. Their web site contains some useful guides on choosing/using a CRM system.
There are quite a few free ones available nowadays so try googling free CRM software and give each a try to see which if any matches most closely your specific requirements0 -
whats wrong with using google contacts? does all those things (& more) and can access on phone/pc/laptop"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0

Be careful where you are going with this extra data, you may need their permission before you "enhance" what you already have

Another leading product in this field is InterAction - it does everything you mention, but it's not cheap.0

I have just set up Mailchimp for a Community Centre so far 75 signups. You can send great emails with images nice designs etc free also for up to 1000. You can add a standard address too and users can unsubscribe at any time. Ideally users should sign up themselves to provide an audit trail though you can sign them in yourself and add fields for address phone etc. Best of all - details are not on insecure laptops.0

I'd look at Office 365 Business Premium, which includes the Business Centre giving Customer Manager in Outlook, email marketing, invoicing, booking manager etc. as well as licensing Office 2016.
Customer Manager lets you associate companies with sales opportunities with their staff, follow-up alerts and tracks all contacts you've had.
Office 365 Business Premium is £112/user/year, offsetable as a business expense of course.0 -
