Hi,

I am experiencing trouble with Delight mobile on three fronts: 1) when I try to retrieve messages calls to the voicemail service cut-out immediately; 2) the mobile internet connection frequently disconnects for long periods even in locations normally trouble-free; 3) the customer service number is constantly engaged whether dialed from my handset or landline.

I have also tried to obtain a PAC code to no avail.

Has anyone else experience or knowledge of this?

Try facebook messenger. They have always replied by this way to me,including getting a pac code

I tried to order a SIM the other day but when I clicked on 'Free SIM' on the top right at https://www.delightmobile.co.uk , it leads to the Freedom Pop site! They don't do the 1p/2p/3p tariff.
