TNC parking services
Hi guys
I have had a letter today from TNC parking services, having previously ignored letters from amtrac. The driver of the car does not live in U.K. And lives on a boat in another country. I was the owner of the car at the time. This letter states action required today. They have got my name wrong on both the address bit and in the letter. It says the time to appeal has passed.
It says despite their letter dated 23/03/2018, your pcn had not been paid nor have you advised you were not keeper or driver of vehicle on the date stated.
It says failure to act today by contacting to make payment will result in TNC seeking approval from our client for passing your account to a doorstep collection agent.
What should I do please?
Thanks

First thing would be to post in the correct part of the forum, there's a sub forum for private parking tickets. You need to read the sticky "Newbies" thread in there which will tell you all you need to know.0

ask for this post to be moved to the parking ticket sub forum , then read https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822/newbies-private-parking-ticket-old-or-new-read-these-faqs-first-thankyou then note that TNC are no more than debt collectors , they cannot start a court claim , and the thought of anyone knocking on your door for an ALLEGED debt is laughable0

I should add the last letter I received "invited me to pay " I took an invitation as an optional thing.0

In regards to the "driver" apparently not being British and living abroad at a non-traceable location, due to changes in regulations a couple of years ago when they banned wheel clamping parking companies can now pursue the registered keeper so that pack of lies won't get you out of it.
Wouldn't it be funny if you said it was this person, the parking company/debt collectors contacted the police and handed over your statement of fact to them, the police investigated and found that that person had driven your car without insurance and you'd let them? 6 points on your license.... Good job it doesn't happen, well at least not as I'm aware. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

there is as much chance of Armtrac complying with the POFa , as there is of me winning the lottery
