my kids have some, and use them as wibbly marbles, is quite fun cos they don't roll straight, so takes bit more effort.0

We went conkering over the weekend. Far too many but I'm not sure whose fault that is - daugther's or mine! ;D Haven't a clue what to do with them tho, she thinks she a bit old for playing conkers so we have a huge pile not sure what to do with!!
They do polish up really nicely so might look good in a tall, clear glass vase with some posh sticks in

conkers can go mouldy, so your glass vase might look a t bit green and mildewy after a while....smile --- it makes people wonder what you are up to....

Hmm - not sure if green and mildewy would be quite the look I would want ;DMink0

Yes, we just discovered this after daughter filled a tupperware dish and put the lid on. Opened it yesterday and they were mouldy, soft and smelly
