They're credit process is too strict, it has nothing to do with your score, or report.
it may have simply been because you put the wrong months for one of your address history.

Op seems to think he's 'special' because he can see scams that other people will fall for , whereas in truth , he probably is 'special' because he imagines that companies are out to get him and that he couldn't possibly fail a credit check or internal check with his pointless credit score of 999 that no company ever takes any notice of !
