I actually just logged in from my bookmark (could not yesterday), but it took several goes and told me a couple of times my details were incorrect when they weren't. Managed to see one account but when clicked to see the other account was logged out instead. Not as simple as the limited access they claim, still bugs.0

Article from The Register from a slightly more technical angle may be of interest to some0

trying to stop an exodus I think.
I wonder if this will attract new customers and indeed if they would qualify for the 5%. Before the IT debacle it would certainly have enticed many new customers.0 -

Also, as a way of saying thank you to our customers for sticking with TSB through these issues, we're increasing the interest rate on our Classic Plus account from 3% to 5% from 2 May.

Even if they raise it to 5% then that's only £2.50/month extra - cheers!
They should deposit £1,000 per account to say sorry, should come out of Mr Pester's bonus!0 -

Not everyone is in the fortunate postion of being able to keep reasonably large amounts of money in multiple accounts on the offchance that one will not be available, and failure to pay rent could see them evicted.
Any landlord would understand anyway and make an allowance.
Forget it and move on.0
