My OH worked at the benefit office part time while studying for his PhD. He saw a cabbie park in the car park, throw his for hire light in the boot, and then go sign on, and if he hadn't seen that, he would have got away with it for week, after week, after week. People are brazen and this is our tax money they're getting rich on. Shop the b**t*rds!!!!!

Shop them. They're thieving from every honest person out there and more importantly taking precious resources away from people who desperately need them!

I really cannot stand people who do this, it's disgusting.

not always that simple.i know of a set of 8 flats with 5 murrays living in 5 flats

Report them, iv reported benefit fraud in the past.You get a great satisfaction from it.They will have to explain why they have assets like BMWs when they need to claim housing benefit and if they are sub letting it is extra income they should be declaring.Dont be concerned if nothing happens straight away the fraud investigators will watch them for a few months to gather as much evidence as they can, they look at hols booked and people shopping together to prove joint financial commitment.It takes time but it is well worth it, how many hours would you have to work to buy a BMW.Im sure if they are subletting there is also some kind of tax evasion going on and the married couple must be claiming benefits as single people, im getting very excited about this one there is lots of fraud going on here.Report them do it now.
