That would be nice for retribution, but I'm thinking more along the lines of something that might help long term in the fight against rogue PPCs.
I'm thinking of a letter summarising the sorry tale including links to other APCOA !!!!-ups, and concluding that APCOA seem to be either a) incompetent and unfit to operate or b) possibly deliberately misleading and confusing drivers and keepers in attempt to get them to just pay up. Also adding that the BPA seem to be utterly unwilling to sanction their own members.
I'm thinking that good recipients of this letter would be the Hospital itself, my MP, and Greg Knight.
Any other suggestions? Any good links to other APCOA horror stories?0 -
A good plan!
Apart from the link already given by Umkomaas, you could Google search:
apcoa hospital site:forums.moneysavingexpert.com
and find all the other threads about APCOA ignoring the Government policy for NHS Car parks, which makes this regime unsupported by the authorities and should be disallowed. Read the NHS Car parking principles and include a link to them, in your complaints.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
