Google Timeline not working in Cyprus!

Android on a Moto G I can access my Google timeline on the laptop normally in the UK, but not here in Cyprus this time. It shows up fine on my phone, but not PC. <<400. Thats an error. Your client has issued a malformed or illegal request. Thats all we know.>> :(
