Not quick enough in this case.
Even now with the sad turn of events, they won't want to wait 8 weeks to repatriate, so it could well result in them spending the money and then trying to claim back if their complaint is successful.
When making a complaint always say what outcome you want as part of the complaint
Which in this case would include a refund of all costs involved ( as well as any other compensation etc)0 -
Im not even sure theres anything complaint worthy here. For obvious reasons the limit cover with high risk actions.
No doubt use of motorbikes as transport flags up multiple high cost claims requiring front loaded premiums to mitigate the risk.0
