Virgin Mobile -Voicemail PIN & remote access
I've tried to get Virgin Mobile to enable Voicemail PIN access, so I can listen to my voicemail from another phone.
They've tried 3 times so far, they give me a PIN, the say wait 24 hours, I should receive text messsage confirming it is active, which I never receive. I try to listen to my voicemail from another phone, use PIN, PIN is not recognised, voicemail access then gets locked after 3 failures.
I think this is possible & be simple enough to get working.
Do others use Voicemail PIN remote access with Virgin mobile ?
Any ideas on this, as getting bit fed up, them saying same thing trying to setup, I wait few days/weeks and it still doesn't work ?

Ask them to deactivate the voicemail and re-activate it.
