Hi people
I bought flight tickets for family, Prague to Manchester and return, so they could visit us here in UK. We were not flying ourselves. Can we claim for delay or do they have to claim from Czech Republic? Thanks!:)

it is the passengers that will claim compensation as the people inconvenienced (you have no claim if you were not a delayed passenger)0

It also depends on which airline and which journey was delayed, as towether compenstion is due, or not.If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide
