What is the best and cheapest annual travel insurance policy for senior Citizens between 65 and 80 with Pre Existing Health conditions like Heart valve repair etc.It would need to enough cover for your body to be repatriated in case of death and would it cover cruises. Any suggestions

Has his/her doctor indicated if the individual in question is fit to travel with the existing condition ?
Tragic as it would be, death overseas is not the worst case scenario - that would be extended intensive care in a foreign hospital.0
