Yes it's the bpa one but I'm not keen on the appeal route......may go with redx advice......admit that im the vehicle owner (but not the driver!!!128521;)and that the car was registered on the hotel parking for the period in dispute. Then popla if that doesn't work.
Alternatively just leave it as they would need to pursue me through Scottish courts...highly unlikely I would think0 -
We are quite keen on POPLA. If the PPC hasn't complied with the POFA, a keeper wins.
Be careful not to imply who was driving in the first appeal. Use the template from the NEWBIES thread, at the same time as complaining and getting that proof (still not saying who the actual driver was in the party!).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

redx (me) never told you to admit to being the OWNER
redx told you to stay as KEEPER, dont give them any more info than is necessary
KEEPER is all that is needed to be
in any case, an OWNER is the person with the receipt for the vehicle and who owns it in its entireity, so not on finance etc
an OWNER is not the person named on a V5C either, the V5C is not proof of ownership
for all I know the OWNER could be Barclays Car Finance or AUTOMONEY AUTOLOANS
who the owner is isnt the issue here, the issue is staying as KEEPER and not revealing who the DRIVER was
there are various entities in this, from owner to RK to keeper to driver , we are saying stay as keeper
NOTHING MORE TO BE SAID ON THAT ISSUE
a keeper is not liable in the Scottish courts, only the driver0
