Forum called "Praise, Vent and Warnings" so I vented.

I was not expecting any replies so when I saw I had received some I was surprised but not as surprised as when I read them.

If you didn't expect any replies and don't want to discuss the matter then why post on a discussion forum :T

JReacher1 - I am sorry you lost your money but glad you got it back.

KeithP - your response not only pointless but rude

Bengalknights - at least you have had good service

Pollycat - fair comment, but at the time I posted I just wanted to vent, release angry frustration. Didn't want to type out the long story behind it as it is so long ! Sheramber has found my post that does give the details and provided the link.

From the link posted the bank made an admin error regarding some loans and then said they would look into it to resolve the error.

You made no mention of any money being lost and you actually got £75 for doing nothing which obviously isn't a negative thing.

Maybe you need to update the original post with what has happened since you last posted so people can make some sense of what your on about.

Marliepanda - vicious little thing aren't you! Totally unwarranted, nasty comment - are you a flamer ? How you ever got 11,391 thanks I don't know - do you have a large family?

You seem to overreact and have trouble interpreting what people say, you even got confused when the bank said they would carry out an "internal investigation" and thought it was a negative thing.

Maybe this is why you seem to be having such big trouble with HSBC.
