Hi I ordered a meal from just eat on 14/2 /2018. The restaurant then rang and asked for more money as it was out there area for free delivery so I cancelled and of course no food was delivered
I have asked on several occaisons for a refund and they keep saying yes but still no refund
Would it now be possible to issue a county court judgement I have also
sent a email to head office but got no reply

How did you pay - debit or credit card?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0 -

Or, of course, you could always turn up at the restaurant in person, making sure you pick a time when there will be plenty of diners around to overhear you complaining loudly....0 -

If it was Just Eat you paid then your claim is against them and not the restaurant?0
