When people as k a question they usually want an answer quickly, not a month later. Why ask a question and not bother to find out what answers have been given?0

However, if I'd asked a question on a public forum, I would have at least popped back to say 'thank you to posters who'd responded.
But that's just me.0 -
Hi Pollyanna.
If you do get a cat then there is an unwritten rule on this forum that you HAVE to post pics of your furbabe.

Ouch. I do apologise and now that I know the rules, I will definitely come back more often.
I am looking into getting a kitten/cat and taking my time. Wouldn't it worse if I said, "I want a cat today, can someone tell me where to get one?!"
And yes, I would post a picture of any cat/kitten that I get now, or in three months time... cept I don't have the computer knowledge of how to do that .Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

If you really want a kitten - have two
My son had two rescue kittens, full sisters, over nineteen years ago.
I now have these elderly cats as he moved into a flat and they were used to going outside. They are still in good health, one of them can still jump and climb and the more frail one saw another cat off the premises only last week
I agree with having two, much better and they keep themselves occupied.(AKA HRH_MUngo)

I now have two kittens!
Went to a rescue home and we picked them up on Friday. They are incredibly cute and thank everyone for their advice.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
