You need to read post #4 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread where there is comprehensive guidance on how to deal with debt collector's letters.

But surely you already know the answer to your question?

No updates about daft Zenith letters either, please. Read the sticky thread.

just a update i have received a letter today from Zenith collections re my parking charge , do i still ignore these letters , how long do they keep on chasing the fine up ?

the trouble here is the fact that the poster above (Bucki) has admitted to illegal issues and so my advice was changed to pay it to stop the can or worms being opened, plus to stop the father from being dropped in it, never mind the illegal driver
