SIXT rental car scuffed alloy

I recently hired a small car from Sixt at Nice for 4 days and unfortunately i managed to scratch one of the alloy rims when parking (4-5cm). Upon return of the car they marked it and told me they will email how much it cost to repair and will charge on my credit card. It is the first time this happened to me but i have excess insurance from insurefor. Have anybody used them recently? Any tips how to negotiate with sixt and claim it back on my excess insurance? Sixt haven't sent me the quote for repair yet.

cheers!

Look at what your insurance policy requires to process a claim. Ensure SIXT provide everything required.

I had a claim via AMEX/AXA last year and had my money back within ten days.
