hi poppy, if house prices dropped like that one id be very shocked lol and 2 yes of course they would want there full share back,<there greedy> but say house prices dropped like that then so would everyone elses, so wouldnt make no diffrence when re buying, no diffrent than having shares in sumin really.as with increase in equity il get what ever percentage i put in out , so say ive got 50% share il get 50% of the equity, i pay all up keep but they pay buildings insurance which il have to pay half of.its treated as totally my house so i have to do all maintainence.so any problems crop up its my problem not theres.if theres structual problems then of course we share the bill.its the only way forward for me to stay in the area i want to, i concider myself very lucky to be able to do this sort of thing. many others in my boat have to rentYou're not drunk if you can lie on the floor without holding on0
