Hi,

My son replied to a text offering a voucher and inadvertently signed up to a subscription. I emailed the company and asked for a refund and got no response. There is no answer when I phone (which I have many times). I referred it to the ombudsman who agreed that I was due a refund. The company has ignore every email I have sent, even though the ombudsman emailed the same address and got a reply. They have billed my over £60. What would be my next steps as I really don't want to just write this off, which is what Itech Logic are obviously hoping I will do.

Itech Logic are unlikely to be the right people to contact about this, they are a platform operator. Its probably one of their customers using the platform who run the subscription service.
You need to contact the premium services regulator. https://psauthority.org.uk/ who will help you through what to do.

I have contacted psa and it is them who gave me the email contact for Itech Logic.
