Nationwide ISA

Hi
I'm looking at the 1.3% ISA allowing 1 withdrawal.
Does anyone know if you can do a part transfer out which would count as a withdrawal? I may want to do a part transfer to stocks and shares ISA.
Looking at the t and cs it says you can withdraw to a nationwide account so I assume a partial transfer to another ISA account is not allowed but I wanted to check if anyone knows.
Thanks

A transfer is a transfer.
But any remaining amount gets the full rate until a second transfer.0 -
Just remember you cannot part transfer current year ISA subscriptions.0
