Dorothy Perkins Store Card - Balance Transfer

Hi
I was hoping someone can help!
I've had a Dorothy Perkins store card for some years now, its not a Mastercard one. Its the old style one.
I am paying a stupid amount of interest each month, I've tried to do a balance transfer to a 0% credit card but it wont let me.
Does anyone know how I can sort this out?

get a money transfer card instead
