Virgin media junk mail and nuisance calls

Hi all,
Since leaving Virgin Media last year, I've been receiving weekly phone calls and junk mail trying to get me to come back.

I've called and told them to stop, emailed, filled in their online "opt-out" form, and returned the mail to sender, yet they still keep trying.

It's not exactly the end of the world, but frequent calls when I'm at work is seriously annoying. Plus, the waste of paper.

Next step is to write a letter dropping the words "harassment" and "police" in, but before I do, does anyone know of a less dramatic way to get them to leave me alone?

With GDPR for any junk mail received after today, you may be able to put in a complaint and then take it to the ICO if your not satisfied.
If you actually want to get 'legal' with virgin, you will need to email your threats to police.liaison@virginmedia.co.uk
