Apologies for asking this but should my first appeal be sent via post to Parking Charge Limited?
They have an appeals section on their website (https://www.pcnpay.co.uk) but I have little faith that anything submitted there will be acknowledged0 -
You have proof by way of a screenshot using their site
Don't post is the advice in the Newbies FAQ thread0 -
The newbies FAQ thread is remarkably unreadable.0
-
In what way??
This is readable (in the section by the template appeal):Template appeal for BPA or IPC members - copy this wording into the online appeal box::0 -
I can speak for anyone else but, for me, there is too much information there rendering it hard to read.0
-
No-one is expected to take it all in at once
This isn't a straight forward matter with a silver bullet.
Keep reading this in chunks till you understand the game.
Then return to each section as you progress along the journey.
They have 6 years to start legal action against you so it could need revisiting regularly as it is always being updated0 -
Then dont read it all at once.zafiradad1980 wrote: »I can speak for anyone else but, for me, there is too much information there rendering it hard to read.
Break it into chunks
You only need post 1.0 -
Many thanks for the advice on this one. This is the second Parking Charge Notice I have not had to pay thanks to this site.
Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.
An Appeal has been opened with the reference 5911088008.
Parking Charge Limited have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
Yours sincerely
POPLA Team

Yay, easy when you know how!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello,
I think that I may have stumbled across this page a little too late.
I received a parking charge notice from the same carpark. I have already appealed it online through the company though. It was received 15 days after it was issued. It has now been 15 days since I appealed (I was told I'd hear from them 14 days after).
Willing to go into more detail if I get a response!!
Hope someone is able to help0
