I work from home as a consultant and have a lot of programmes installed. Not sure if I could back them all up you may be able to advise me otherwise. PC is working fine and if I just exit the 2 programmes which appear on start up without clicking OK there doesn't seem to be a problem but just annoying. I do think it was the Apple one. Just kill teenage daughters!!Can you back up your important info and reinstall XP? It's often the easiest way for a non-Techie.0 -
If the PC is working fine, maybe just disable the programs from starting up via msconfig or by installing Spybot Search & Destroy.0
