in Water bills
Hi all, first time post.
We bought a house at the start of November and the first monthly direct debit went out in December. Nothing has come out since.
Should I raise this with them?
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. Yes, unless you want a big bill. The alternative view is put the money to one side and gain a little interest whilst waiting for the bill. It really depends on how good you are at keeping the lid on the cookie jar? This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Caution though! Some items like council tax & water rates, if you do not fulfill their DD requirements may charge you differently in the future. For example the next six month up front, with the other half also due up front five/six months later.0
